I'm also going to change up my personal challenge I had running on here for myself and decide on a some new challenges over the next few weeks. I think I will go looking for a few challenges on some of my favourite craft sites and see what I find. I will still update my blog twice a week with new projects though.
Here is project one for this week.
For this card I used a stamp from the Clematis & Butterflies stamp set by Flourishes.I stamped the image on Gina K 120lb base weight card stock with tuxedo black memento ink. I coloured the image with copic markers (B000, 01, 02 - YG00, 01, 03 & YR00, 02) then added a bit of diamond stickles to the butterfly. I used spellbinders large & small petite ovals to cut out image and mat. The circles for the greeting and mat were cut out using George cricut cartridge ( 1.5"). I edged the greeting and image with versa magic key lime chalk ink. I added some sheer blue ribbon and honeydew bakers twine (the twinery) and the rhinestones are split pea colour (hard to tell in picture) from kaiser craft. The patterned paper is from one of my favorite lines (I ordered a bunch of this paper) picadilly by basic grey - this one is called breakfast nook. Both the image and the greeting are popped up with foam 3d dots.
Here is my trusty assistant helping assemble the card LOL!

and here is the chaos that is my desk
This is another area I'm going to have to change up a bit. It needs a total redo this week. I will post a pic when it is finished.
Well that's it for tonight, I'll be back tomorrow with another card. Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!

Awh, too bad you are leaving Scrap Arts. You will be missed. I imagine it will be nice for you though to have less on your schedule to juggle. Looking forward to seeing your craft room clean up. I keep trying with mine but I have just aquired too much stuff to keep organized now. Need a bigger room.
Thanks So Much Darla! I do hope to be able to teach a few classes so I won't be gone completely.
